EXON AD  & PRINT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

OFFICE HOURS

Our offices are open from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm PST Mon-Fri, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and we will be closed on Sundays and on all national holidays.

PAYMENT TERMS

All online orders are prepaid. At EXON AD  & PRINT we accept all major credit cards. However, we can not process your order unless the payment is received. We do not offer a COD payment option.

QUOTATION & ESTIMATES

Estimates are not the final prices. They are only based on the information you provide us and all estimates are only valid within 30 business days of the original date that the estimate was calculated. EXON AD  & PRINT reserves the right to change all prices without notice at any point of time.

OVER & UNDER RUN QUANTITY

Due to the nature of complex manufacturing in printing business, EXON AD  & PRINT reserves the right to provide clients with 5% over or under the quantity of the actual order.

TURNAROUND PERIOD

At EXON AD  & PRINT turnaround time refers to the number of the business days that we are processing the client’s orders inside of our facility. Turnaround time does not mean/include shipping time, waiting for approval time, file correction time, or any other time period that client’s job is being processed beyond services that we provide.

COLOR PROOF & COLOR MATCHING

Our equipments are calibrated in a regular basis and we are capable of matching our own proofs, however we do not guarantee to match the color of the artwork that is created on your monitor or your proofing equipment.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Client must use valid email address which is not filtered and, does not require our CSR to fill up forms in order to contact the client.
If client does not receive our notification email due to their email setting, client must contact our CSR @1-213-251-0069

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery time and charges are not included in our estimate/prices. EXON AD  & PRINT is not responsible for 3rd party’s delay or damages to the product during shipping.
Any additional surcharges billed to EXON AD  & PRINT, due to errors made by the client, will be charged to the client’s credit card on file or credit card used at the time of order.
These surcharges are listed below, but not limited to:
address correction commerical/ residential charges rerouting a package

ORDER CANCELLATION

If client would like to cancel a placed order, they must notify our CSR immediately before your order is processed through the system. If the art work has not yet been plated, only 10% of the total sales order will be withheld in the refund process. No refund will be issued to the services we have provided you such as Design services, Marketing information, Business consulting, etc. We do not issue refunds once an order has been Plated or any process thereafter.
Orders of no activity will not be given refund after 60 days.

CLIENTS SUPPLIED SHIPPING INFORMATION

EXON AD  & PRINT is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or information that has been provided by the clients. It is client’s responsibility to check the accuracy of shipping information. If a package is sent back to us due to incorrect shipping address, EXON AD  & PRINT will ship the package again to the right address for additional shipping charges.

All contents available on this website, including but not limited to site design, text, graphics, interfaces, etc. with all rights reserved, is the property of EXON AD  & PRINT and/or third parties protected by intellectual property rights. Client must not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit distribute or modify the contents in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this site, without EXON AD  & PRINT‘s prior written consent.

LIMITED LIABILITY

EXON AD  & PRINT, its employees, or agents are not liable for any particular, incidental, act of God, delays, consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of data or profit whether EXON AD  & PRINT was notified of these losses in advance.

PRIVACY POLICY

EXON AD  & PRINT is committed to protect client’s personal information. We do not share client’s financial information with any third party or other companies, however, for the sole purpose of delivering client’s job, we may share mailing addresses with our affiliated companies. Client’s information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Client’s credit card information is never stored by EXON AD  & PRINT.

STATE/CITY GOVERNING LAWS

EXON AD  & PRINT is located in the city of Los Angeles, California. Therefore, laws of the state of California shall govern any disputes regarding any transactions with EXON AD  & PRINT and is subject to settling in the courts within the jurisdiction of courts located in Los Angeles, California.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All sales are final as is EXON AD  & PRINT does not provide any warranty or services for the product(s) manufactured or sold by EXON AD  & PRINT or affiliated companies.

RETURNS & REFUND

Please be noted that all orders are custom orders and there is no resell value for any return jobs therefore all sales are final. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization, and are subject to approval by EXON AD  & PRINT. However, if there is any production related defects on the job you have received, we would be glad to assist you re-printing your job at no additional cost with the same shipping method. You should contact EXON AD  & PRINT within two business days after you receive your order to report any defects found in the ordered product. If the claim is been approved by EXON AD  & PRINT‘s CSR, we will ship the reprint at no additional cost to you at the originally agreed shipping method. You must ship the entire quantity to us within three business days and contact our CSR @1-213-251-0069.
No refund will be issued for the amount under $5.00. Any changes made before the ‘plated’ status under the amount of $5.00 will be added to your account reward points.

PAPER STOCK

The color of paper stock is not guaranteed in brightness or to match in multiple versions and reorders.
The return or refund will be solely up to the staff at Elite4Print on discrepancies of this matter.
This has not to do with the nature of our skill as printer but entirely up the paper that is shipped to us by the manufacturers.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

EXON AD  & PRINT reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any individual or companies with or without a cause at any point of time. EXON AD  & PRINT reserves the right to charge the client for any services performed on the job up to the point of cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. Prices are subject to change without further notice.
